I’m hoping this one will be quicker than the others which all took 11 months to complete. But I only have 4-5 more lead vocals, all the backing vocals and a few more overdubs to do - so I think we are on track for a fall release.

Kevin, I imagine this is alot of work, but I would love for you to take a look at this ancient hymn by Paul Speratus called “Salvation Unto Us Has Come”. It articulates Law and Gospel so well.

We usually get songs from our community, because we see this really as a community project - but we have done a few songs over the years that have emerged from other ruf groups and gotten spread pretty wide within the ruf community. I think if you post about places to share new hymn tunes you’ve written on our discussion board you’ll get some good ideas on how to get your music out there where people can hear it and use it. Thanks!

Do you accept songs from others? Or are you sticking to songwriters in your community?
